海島新樂園

提起漁光島，很多人對它的印象，是和海濱秋茂園連結在一塊的，在上個世紀的輝煌時期，它曾是臺南最熱門的旅遊景點之一，園裡那件牧童騎大牛的雕塑，更是很多人都愛拍照、到此一遊的熱點，也是大家對海濱秋茂園最鮮明的記憶；2019漁光島藝術節以「海島新樂園」為主軸，試圖結合「兒時回憶」、「自然地景」及「樂園想像」來討論漁光島的過去、現在及未來，漁光島曾經「創造」了幾世代人們兒時的美好記憶，從現在到未來我們也希望透由藝術策展讓漁光島成為一個『能不斷創造美好生命經驗』的樂園。

2019 YUGUANG ISLAND ART FESTIVAL

At the mention of Yuguang Island, the first thing people think of is the seaside Qiu Mao Orchard, which was once the hottest tourist attraction in Tainan during its heyday in the 20th century. The sculpture of a shepherd boy riding an ox, in particular, was a crowd favorite for photo ops and the most salient memory of the seaside Qiu Mao Orchard visitors have in their minds. The 2019 Yuguang Island Art Festival set The New Island Paradise as the theme in an attempt to combine "childhood memory", "natural landscape", and "vision of paradise" in discussions about the past, present, and future of Yuguang Island. Yuguang Island had created beautiful childhood memories for generations of people in the past. Through the organization of art events, we hope to transform Yuguang Island into a new island paradise that can continue to generate pleasant life experiences from the present to the future.
