旗津擁有特殊的海岸線、沙灘與歷史古蹟，悠閒的氛圍格外吸引人。1920公尺是從旗津「黃金海韻-海珍珠」串連至星空隧道前的這段距離，用藝術呈現幸福的度量衡；藝術家以相約與海洋為元素，創作出結合當地意象，充滿幸福的作品，歡迎鄉親來旗津藝術道，與親友共遊，襯著海風，享受生活，走訪幸福，許下屬於我們的約定。

Cijin Island, which is an island off Kaohsiung, has a special coastline, beach and historical sites. “Promise of 1920 meter” count the distance from the “Sound of Sea: The Pearl” to the front of “Cijin Tunnel of stars.” We use art to present the measure of happiness. All the principles of art work include the ocean issues and promises. Artists using different local scene to create the art work, wishing every visitor enjoy the natural environment and all you have in life here and feel the happiness. Welcome to Cijin Art Pathway, let us make a promise to see you here again and again.
